Ginkgo/Gotu Kola Concentrate [Circulatory, Nervous]. Ginkgo leaf extract is the most popular herbal food in Germany and France, outselling other herbal products by 20 percent. About 50 pounds of ginkgo leaves are required to produce one pound of extract. Ginkgo contains flavonoid glycosides like quercetin and other key compounds similar to gotu kola. Gotu kola has been called “brain food” by many herbalists, but it is not considered a stimulant like kola nuts and contains no caffeine. These two famous herbs are combined to give you their individual and mutual nutritional benefits in a powerful concentrate. Each tablet provides 40 mg of concentrated ginkgo leaf extract, standardized to 24 percent ginkgo flavone glycosides, 6 percent terpene lactones and 100 mg of gotu kola.
